I had a great experience at the hotel. I found it easy to explore the area, especially the nearby museums. The staff offered excellent service. the manager even remembered my visit from earlier in the week. Their attention made me feel valued, showing that they care about their guests. As a single traveler, these personal touches really mattered.
Upon arrival, I experienced a long wait to check into my room, which disrupted my plans. The crowded lobby made it hard to relax after my travels.

Family vacation gone wrong
The room was nice and clean, and that’s about where the good stuff ends. The staff seemed overwhelmed, took way too long for our requests, we waited almost an hour for plates and silverware for our cake from three brothers bakery, and let me tell you, the frustration was real!
It wasn’t cheap but was still acceptable.

Great saltwater pool and comfy beds, but tiny bathroom felt surprisingly cramped.

Let’s taco 'bout the burgers—absolute fire! Best thing on that menu and the poolside snacks are perfect for a quick bite while diving into that Texas sun. The staff tried their best, and the ambiance was on point for a fancy outing.
But honey, a four-hour wait to check in? That lobby was more packed than a Houston rodeo! We had to get ready in dark restrooms before our event. Still, I managed to shine through the chaos.

The Premier King Room was nice and clean, making for a pleasing stay. The early morning café offered convenient options like oatmeal and coffee, perfect for fueling up before a marathon. However, the overall experience was dampened by thin walls, resulting in noise disturbance from neighboring rooms, and a disappointing lack of available meals during late hours, which left us with limited dining options. Warm water issues in the shower added to the frustrations.

The Cabana Room with One King Bed offered a spacious layout, allowing for ample room to lounge without feeling cramped. The stunning city view from the room added an extra touch, making every morning feel unique.
The check-in process felt chaotic with long wait times, impacting the ease of settling in after arrival. Cleanliness in common areas left much to be desired, and overlooked requests diminished the overall experience during my three-night stay.
